- Stay outside the yellow tape (do not walk behind the cameras)
- Please do not take pictures inside the photography area (inside the yellow tape).
----The photographers make  little money off our contract because we are non-profit. I suggest you purchase an extra team picture if you want a large one.
---- If you want to take a team picture, take it outside the photography area just as a matter of good manners.

Picture Package

----- Can order additional pictures on the envelope
----- Highly recommend you purchase additional fridge magments

For kids living in two households, parents/co-parents/grandparents know may submit a SECOND envelope for each player. This means the kids with two households will have two separate envelopes with different home addresses.
- Only Coaches are allowed back with the Photographer
- If you really need additional parents to manage the kids, be cool about it and just say you really, really need the assistance.

If you have questions, contact Amber at [email protected].

Guidance for Coaches - Parents do not read beyond this point.

Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches

Remind Parents: Envelopes on-site.
Remind Parents: Your scheduled time.

Rule 1 - Be patient. Be kind
Rule 2 - Arrive early. Parking will be bad (i.e. suck)
Rule 3 - Be patient if there are delays, later in the day.  (Might be better this year)
Rule 4 - It's okay to wait a few minutes if you are expecting a player.  See Rule 3 and Rule 1.
Rule 5 - If a player hasn't shown up on time, feel free to call the parent.  You can print the Team Roster or access on your phone, Right?  See Rule 1
Rule 6 - Give them a high five.  You arrived early, the last 2 kids arrive 10 minutes late. It's not their fault.  If it is, it doesn't matter. Give thema high five anyways.   See Rule 1.
Rule 7 - Be sure the photographer team knows that you need to leave in x minutes to get to your game. So if you've been waiting, and you are getting nervous, it's okay to work with the other coaches and people to get ahead in line.  (Not okay if the a bunch of kids were late. So you just need to be cool and figure this out, see Rule 1).

Guidance:
- Tell your parents to arrive 10 minutes before your check-in at Rainbow Park
- Envelopes will be available.
- Tell parents your Division and Team Number (for example U10B-3)

You will have a Team Picture (all kids!)
- Individual pictures for each kid
- Your registration comes with one fridge magnet, and one picture with the team and a picture of your player on one sheet.
- If you are a non-parent coach, fill out an envelope so you get the team picture.
- You can order additional items on the envelopes.  I highly recommend the Fridge magnets.
- Envelopes will be available so arrive early to fill them out.
- If there are kids living in two households, let the parents/co-parents/grandparents know that they can submit a SECOND envelope for each player. This means the kids with two households will have two separate envelopes with different home addresses.  Please be discrete and respectful when if you do this.

Only the Coaches and players are usually allowed back with the photographer.
Coaches you will be responsible for bringing your team in for the pictures.  If you need a parent to help you, just tell the person letting people in that that helper is needed. So please be nice and let the nice parent volunteer to help you with the players.  If they still won't let the parent in, remember Rule 1.

If you read this far, I'm your biggest fan.

Good luck and have fun.
