Miller: Goal Instructions for U12-U19 Fall 05 for web

The main goal person for each home team is the one responsible

 for the getting and returning the key.

THE FIRST  HOME TEAM OF THE DAY on the Track (Sat) 8:30am needs to get the key.

Or the First Home Team on West (sun) needs to get the key:                  

EACH TEAM SHOULD HAVE 3 VOLUNTEERS TO DO THE FOLLOWING JOBS;

ADDITIONAL GOAL MOVERS MAY BE NEEDED

·        Get key: means: get the key from the black real estate lock box, currently at Rosie’s house at 6232 rainbow drive, on the faucet by garage, combo unpublished);

·        Then opening up the snack shack restroom.

·        Unlock the Ayso storage shed, Unlock the Porta Potty.combo unpublished

·        Remove garbage cans (take one to the track by the U5-U6 field, one to the track by the backstop of the East field),

·        take out ref bags and flags for  your field. The Referee bag goes behind the goal on each field nearest to the shed. (track, east)

·        Return the key back to the lock box IMMEDIETELY AFTER THE FIRST GAME.

·        Set up: Unlock the goals from the fence. Each team needs to set up one goal. Combo: unpublished. 6-8 stakes per goal.

·        CLOSE THE LOCK TO PREVENT LOSS OR THEFT OF LOCK

THE LAST HOME TEAM (the 12:00 track home team) gets the key:

EACH TEAM SHOULD HAVE 3 VOLUNTEERS TO DO THE

FOLLOWING JOBS; ADDITIONAL GOAL MOVERS MAY BE NEEDED.

·        take down: The goal person picks up the key BEFORE THE LAST GAME. From Rainbow drive:6232 rainbow; faucet lock box: see combo instructions.  Return the flags and referee bag to the shed. Put stakes in referee bag.

·        Take down means locking the goals to the fence (track goals go by the snack shack, EAST goals go to the OPPOSIDE SIDE OF THE fence BY THE BASEBALL FIELD, West Goals are secured by the School tennis courts),

·        lock up: locking the storage room and snack shack OUTER DOORS. And porta potty (combo unpublished)

return key: means taking the key back to the real estate box. At 6232 rainbow drive

The keys will only be passed from the opening team to the closing team noted when only 2 games scheduled back to back on the field. Otherwise the Opening team returns the Key to my fence lock box, and the closing team must get the key before the game, and return it after the game.

The goals are to be used for AYSO SCHEDULED GAMES OR APPROVED PRACTICES ONLY
