Creates groups of 7-8 players and picks a Group Leader for each group from among those who volunteered to coach or assistant coach with their player. There are no regular coaches at U5, see U5 Boys Jamboree. Works closely with the U5 Program Manager(s) or the U5 Program Manager(s) can perform this role.

Training: Orientation by U5 Program Manager, lead division coordinator, or RC.

Time Commitment: 10 hours per season to set up groups, confirm Group Leaders, and answer questions.
